Just use the Axis2 standard timeout properties...

~        SwaTestService service = new SwaTestService();
~        port = service.getSwaTestPort();
~        Map<String, Object> rc = ((BindingProvider) port).getRequestContext();

~        rc.put(org.apache.axis2.transport.http.HTTPConstants.SO_TIMEOUT , new Integer(12345));
~        rc.put(org.apache.axis2.transport.http.HTTPConstants.CONNECTION_TIMEOUT, new Integer(23456));

~        rc.put(BindingProvider.ENDPOINT_ADDRESS_PROPERTY,
~                        "http://localhost:6061/axis2/services/SwaTestService.SwaTestPort");
