I use a org.apa= che.axis2.transport.http.HttpTransportProperties.Authenticator to provide t= he credentials for my service client. Everything works fine, when I use a passwort containing no umlauts. But whe= n I use - for example - this password: "=C3=B6=C3=A4=C3=BC", I get an 401 h= ttp error. I investigated using wireshark and I decoded the base64 encoded authenticat= ion http header. The result with this password was: MyUsername: ??? instead of the expected MyUsername: =C3=B6=C3=A4=C3=BC (I double-checked the header, so that I could be sure that those "?" chars = were no simple problem with my text editor). --=20 This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - You can reply to this email to add a comment to the issue online. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: axis-dev-unsubscribe@ws.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: axis-dev-help@ws.apache.org
