I can remember a trick that we have used for UUID generator. How about
the following.

package o.a.a.engine;

/**
  * This class is moved to o.a.a.dispatchers.FooDispatcher
  * @deprecated
  */
public class FooDispatcher extends o.a.a.dispatchers.FooDispatcher{
}
