Hi,

The problem was that although the distributions were available in the archive (http://archive.apache.org/dist/ws/axis2/), most of the links of almost all the previous releases were not correctly changed. They were still referring to the mirrors.

I have changed the links accordingly. Only releases 1.2 and 1.1.1 are not referring to the mirrors.

Made the corrections in the 1.2 branch SVN, site SVN. Also updated the site.
