Hi Rupal ,

What you are looking for is what we called Web services.
Yes with Axis2 (or with any other SOAP processing engine ) you can do
that. Deploy your service in Axis2 and then you can invoke that
 - Using a Java client
 - Using java script
 - .Net client etc etc..
