Yes , Context hierarchy should do that. Unfortunately with option concept everything has gone
wrong . That is why that we need to have logic in message context to do the right thing ,
I know we had the correct code but some one has removed that , w.o knowing what he is doing.
I agree that we need to add test cases to test them.

I will add a test case ..... , so that no one will be able to break that.
