The attached patch takes care of the following :

1. generates multiple fault when necessary

2. generates messages and bindings for the faults

3. Name of fault is type name of the exception

4. AXISFault is shown in the inheritance heirarchy - filter it out - just as we do for java.lang.Object.

You'll need to add get/set method to exception - to get the necessary elements in the type
definetion of the fault
