Bjorn Townsend commented on AXIS-2649:
--------------------------------------

Note that this problem does not arise if one obtains the source code via svn export rather
than svn checkout, since the export obviously does not preserve the svn metadata that is confusing
the test.

> If one checks out the Axis code base via svn and runs the all-tests ant target, the unit
test class test.utils.TestSrcContent throws a null-pointer exception. This test, intended
to verify that certain coding standards are being adhered to, is unable to correctly interpret
the .svn directory structure. Since it is not necessary for the test to check the contents
of the .svn directories, this problem can easily by avoided by simply skipping them. I will
be attaching a patch momentarily.
