Can't we just use one Servlet to support REST and SOAP having two servlets make the system
more complex , and it is very difficult to figure out to which parameter to enable and and
which is not. So cant we just use one servlet (AxisServlet) to handle all those and get rid
of AxisRESTServlet (like we had sometime ago).
