Need your wsdl. I reviewed the code and it is supposed to pick up the targetnamespace of the
schema and use that. it's somehow not happening in your case.

However, I can't think of a reason why ExtensionMapper should not belong to an application-specific
package, because the class actually is specific to the application for which it was created.
