Generated abstract callback class requires named implementation class
---------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2-1256
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-1256
             Project: Apache Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: client-api
    Affects Versions: nightly
         Environment: Linux, Java 1.5
            Reporter: Dennis Sosnoski
            Priority: Minor

The *CallbackHandler classes generated for use with asynchronous operations require a client
data object to be supplied for the constructor, even though they don't actually use this client
data object (passing in null works fine). Because they do not provide a default constructor
anonymous inner classes cannot be used to implement the callbacks. Adding a default constructor
(which just sets a null for the client data object) would allow anonymous inner classes to
be used for callbacks, simplifying user client code in many cases.
