As the Addressing module is always engaged, by default, there should be no functional difference
to the user, as long as they stick to the new default configuration. If the user does not
need WS-Addressing, however, then they can change the default configuration so that the Addressing
module is not engaged. In this case, none of the Addressing handlers will be invoked, including
the AddressingBasedDispatcher.
