Hi all,

We are getting some good patches these days. Its a good sign for the
project. But I feel its not good to send emails to the group attaching
the patch to that email. I think there are lots and lots of people
subscribed to the dev list and that patch is getting copied to each
and every inbox. But ultimately that patch will be applied by one person.
So isn't it good to create a JIRA from that patch and send out a mail
to the dev list giving link to that JIRA. I think this will avoid
un-necessary overhead.
Personally, I'm ok with any means of sending patch. But I think its
unfair for some people who are helping us. So what do you all think ?

Chinthaka

P.S. Please do not consider this as a criticism for patches. I really
wanna get patches and I can help them in any means. I'm just thinking
loud to be reasonable for everyone.
