Subject [jira] Commented: (AXIS2-387) build should not test until after successful compile

Noah Levitt commented on AXIS2-387:
-----------------------------------

I don't want to run any tests. It's not a test that's failing, it's an unsatisfied dependency.
How can I tell it not to run any tests?

> Building can take forever because tons of tests run in the middle of the build process.
It can take several minutes each time to arrive at a recurring error, which makes fixing the
error take forever.
