Yep .. you are correct

I was thinking about setting
org.apache.axis2.transport.http.HTTPConstants.CONNECTION_TIMEOUT, etc
and was referring to setting general properties.

We certainly have to have to fix those  that u mentioned. Sorry about
the confusion. :-)
