Seems Axis2 folks have missed the action.

Sending with the correct prefix.

BTW, Christian, please prefix the subject of your mails with [Axis2], if
the mail is related to Axis2.

OK, but I thought about dynamic WSDL generation from the engine - at least
for testing purposes.
Surely, I would do a contract-first approach in production scenarios :)
