> o a JavaServiceDesc can have a document or rpc style and still define a WSDL operation
using a wrapper style mapping.
> The first part of the fix address this issue. Thought, I do not have enough domain expertise
to understand the code just before the JavaServiceDesc fix.
> o when performing an OperationDesc look-up by namespace and name to retrieve the operation
associated to a MessageContext, RPCProvider did not associate the returned operation and the
MessageContext. This cause some issues further down the path.
