Jayachandra and rest of the people who like to contribute,

Well, I'm preparing the Axis 2.0 site with relevant documentation. I'm
expecting to provide some documentation both for people who like to get
involve and to users. I'm preparing similar stuff u have now in Axis 1.x
site.

I might be able to put the site within this week. (Hopefully by tomorrow)
You can check www.apache.org/~chinthaka/axis2

Till then one can go through the wiki and the samples to better understand
the stuff.
