Yes, I can help it. (actually I worked a little on web pages :-)
What about resource.properties in src/org/apache/axis/i18n? I think
it's the core of Axis i18n.

I'll translate tcpmon.properties first and move on web pages.

I hope these would be good "new year" presents to Korean users.
