Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: AXIS-1491
Summary: Incorrect wsdl generated for collections in wrapped/literal
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

    Project: Axis
 Components:
             Deployment / Registries
   Versions:
             1.2 Beta

   Assignee:
   Reporter: John D'Ausilio

    Created: Wed, 4 Aug 2004 6:44 AM
    Updated: Wed, 4 Aug 2004 6:49 AM
Environment: Axis 1.2beta3 integrated into Jboss-3.2.5 as an MBean, JDK 1.4.2_05

Description:
Deployed an EJB (UserServiceManager.java) which handles access to my value bean (User.java).
Initially using Jboss-net xdoclet to generate wsdd (web-service.xml), then adding style=wrapped,
use=literal and removing encoding attribute in typemapping (web-service1.xml). The generated
WSDL generates elements in the tns5 namespace but doesn't define that namespace.
