There is a lot of discussion on interoperability.  What about 
having an option on the java 2 wsdl  like -WSIBP that 
denotes that you want a wsdl that conforms tothe WSIBP and that 
you wantto know about any deviations and those deviations should be considered errors.   That
is, having java type in you interface that do not map well to xml should be considered an
error in this case.  Specifying -WSIBP would by default pick the correct styla nd use and
so on.
