I think we keep going back and forth on this.

The WSDL links are right if you get to that page from one URL and wrong if
you see it from another URL.  For me they are always wrong... :-}

If you think that the change will fix all ways, then please go ahead.  But
you should check the revision history of the file for previous changes

To correct the link, 

                            sb.append(" <a href=\"services/");
in SimpleAxisWorker#execute should be
                            sb.append(" <a href=\"/axis/services/");

What do you think of this? Committing the fix above or discouraging users
from invoking http://localhost:8080/axis/services/Service in lieu of
