Environment: Server gSoap, Win2000, Client Axis, Win2000

I connect from Java Client to Image server which is gSoap C++ app. Image should be sent as
DIME attachment, but, when recieved, Axis throws:

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Character conversion error: "Unconvertible UTF-8 character
beginning with 0x9d" (line number may be too low).
