Here is an overview of the issue:
        Key: AXIS-1321
Summary: nillable attribute yields primitive type
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Axis
             WSDL processing
             1.2 Beta

   Reporter: Måns Tånneryd

Given that "primitive types" like int, boolean, double and so on are allowed to be nillable,
which I assume they are even though I'm not quite sure, in the WSDL file they should yield
some kind of wrapper class so that it can be null, right? I'm trying to set a boolean as nillable
in my WSDL file but the generated classes simply puts a boolean there which makes it rather
diffcult to regard the parameter as optional.
