If the earlier response (from 1.1RC2) was working, then this is fine as an
RPC service, just not with the soapenc type.  Wrapped might work, but the
problem seems to be .NET not recognizing the soapenc:string type - that
seems like a bug in .NET....?

Thomas - can you show us the WSDL you generate for this?
