Two things:

1) I am coding the <junitreport nested="java/test-results"> code to publish
tests results, so you'll see what you need.
2) Why don't we break the ws-axis project into 2, one for the code, one for
tests. That way folks have a choice on what the depend upon in gump, and so
we get more Gumping when a random test or few fails.

I propose ws-axis and ws-axis-test with targets 'compile' (seems to do a
jar) and 'test'. Ok with this?
