The problem is not with Dynamic Invoker because :
- I had this problem with a more complex web service and I just tried with
Dynamic Invoker to see if I had the same problem with it.
- xml soap code sent by dynamic invoker is correct. This is the axis response
that is not correct (I see it using TcpMonitor)

I can still try with WSDL2Java and EchoHeaders.wsdl if it can help.

Note that I had this problem only recently with cvs version of axis. I think
that axis 1.1 does not have this problem.
