Regarding xsd:anySimpleType, there was a bug in DefaultTypeMappingImpl. I 
tried to update it with JAX-RPC 1.1 type mappings, but realized that fixing 
xsd:anySimpleType's order was in need. I just committed the small order game 
bug fix (refer to http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24524 for 
more details), and You can update DefaultTypeMappingImpl now. Please check out 
response SOAP messages after the update.
