Ias, 

Am reviewing you patch and trying to run "ant clean all-tests"....

1. If you are sure the code needs to be remove, just remove the lines instead of
commenting them out using "//" at the beginning of the line.
2. Random System.out.println is ok for testing code but should not get into the
patch or the cvs.
3. Please do a "cvs -q update -P -d" from ws-axis/java and make sure that you
have the latest and greatest code. 
4. Then run "ant clean all-tests". for example, i get failure in
test\wsdl\dataset test.
5. Please use "cvs diff -u" from the ws-axis/java directory and submit one
single patch file. (placing the diff.txt into a zip file eliminates problems
with corrupted diff's)
