Axis is following JAX-RPC 1.0, which in section 5.3.2 Standard Java Classes, 
specifies that java.util.Date maps to an xsd:dateTime XML data type.

Besides, Date has a time component in it, you can't just ignore it when 
serailizing it to the wire.  What about those that *want* the time component 
of Date?

I think castor has the bug....
