  Modified:    java/test/encoding EncodingTest.java
               java/src/org/apache/axis/components/encoding
                        AbstractXMLEncoder.java
  Log:
  Retain \n \r and \t without escaping, as we have done till now. More tests. I am not sure
these tests get executed, btw.
