Alireza,

Can you please upload this as a patch to Bugzilla?
(http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?AxisProjectPages/SubmitPatches). I will work
on this
as soon as 1.1 goes out the door. Adding this to Bugzilla will ensure that the code is not
lost.
