AxisFault.getCause() NPEs on client

           Summary: AxisFault.getCause() NPEs on client
           Product: Axis
           Version: current (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Basic Architecture
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@ws.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stevel@apache.org

Posting on axis-user says that AxisFault NPEs client side as there is no stack
there. I can believe that -it is of course a regression from 1.0, a side effect
of the stack stripping in AxisServlet.

Will try and add a test then a fix. Impact of fix *should* be zero, and this is
a regression, so I'd like to add it to Axis1.1 unless anyone says -1 to the idea.
