Handler.cleanup() and Chain.cleanup() not called

           Summary: Handler.cleanup() and Chain.cleanup() not called
           Product: Axis
           Version: 1.1rc2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Basic Architecture
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@ws.apache.org
        ReportedBy: chris.haddad@cobia.net

The Axis code is not calling the cleanup() routine for handlers derived from
BasicHandler or Chains derived SimpleChain.

Should the AxisEngine cleanup() routine be the correct location to hook in the
call?
