generated proxy code doesnt escape \ chars in URLs

Summary: generated proxy code doesnt escape \ chars in URLs
           Product: Axis
           Version: current (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: WSDL processing
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@ws.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stevel@apache.org

There is a report on axis-user that a url in backslashes
(http:\\someserver:port\webapp\services\foo) creates broken code in the
generated proxies as we dont escape the backslashes; and of course javac treats
them as escape sequences.
