Here's what you need to do. Write a server using Axis (see my zip file in bugzilla) and deploy
it
on tomcat. (Make sure you generate both the server and client using the same WSDL with WSDL2Java).
Run tcpmon to intercept the soap messages and compare it to what you get using gSOAP. THEN
tweak
your gSOAP to conform.
