So when comparing file dates, the tasks often say 'if dest is within +-2s of src, dest is up to date'. On unix, they do no such thing. So it could be an ant-related timing problem, but since unix is the stricter & more accurate runtime, the real cause is probably in the build files themselves, somewhere. i.e. they shouldnt rely on a 2s window.
