Since maxOccurs is unbounded...WSDL2Java does not know how many to allocate. So
you have to do this in your code.

      CmdResponse resp = new CmdResponse();
      resp.setCmdStatus("2");
      resp.setMessage(new samples.pubsub.Message[2]);
