  Modified:    java     build.xml readme.html
               java/doc release_notes_2_0.html
  Log:
  1. Changed year_to variable in build so copyright notice extends till 2003 (was 2002)
  2. Added line to README so it points to release notes
  3. Minor grammatical change + cleanup of release notes
