I've noticed that the WSIF JMS Provider has code to support faults.  In 
particular, the JMSFormatter unformatResponse has code to support unformatting 
responses which are faults.  However, there is no similar support in the 
formatResponse method ie. no code to format responses that are faults.  Without 
this support, the client wishing to format a fault via the JMSFormatter will not 
be able to.
