When using the -fileNStoPkg option of WSDL2Java to specify a mapping for an 
exception class, the generated client stub ignores that mapping when the fault 
for that exception is returned to the client stub.  Instead, the client stub 
throws an AxisFault since it can't find the (un-mapped) class specified in the 
fault.
