Sylvain,

The stuff you are talking about has already been implemented by Russell. So you
will need to try the latest cvs. Please try your wsdl's against latest cvs, see
what's missing and reopen bug if necessary. 

No, I did not use your patch. Since Russell already added support for WSDL2Java. 

No, "the returned object in the header are cached in the portType" is NOT
supported. 

Am closing the bug again. Please reopen a new bug for a new patch if necessary.
