[PATCH] Allow schemas to be physically included into generated WSDL

------- Additional Comments From douglas.bitting@agile.com 2002-11-01 19:06 -------
Added a new patch file to the defect as per dims request. This patch file
includes the following changes:

(+) Updated Java2WSDL-related files to allow a schema to be physically included
into the generated WSDL. This is useful if you have a highly annotated schema
you'd like to include in your WSDL, or if you do not control the referenced
schema.
(+) Updated Ant tasks to include new importSchema attribute
(+) Updated Java2WSDL to include a new importSchema command line argument. In
the process of making this change, I rearranged the options' character
designators (alphabetically, by character designator) to make it easier to see
which characters are in use.
(+) The new patch file includes a simple test case to ensure that the
functionality works, at least at a very basic level.

PLEASE NOTE: attachment id 3700 supercedes attachment id 3611.
