Sylvain,

I believe Russell has already implemented support for explicit headers (those
that are specified in the WSDL). Please review current cvs and create a new
bugzilla entry (and PATCH'es :) if it does not meet your requirements.

I just checked in support for setHeader/getHeader in Stub so that users can
set/get the headers from the call object.
