Serializing header instances in the Body is one of three issues. The other 
issues are:

1. The registered serializer is not found for headers. You will always end up 
with the SimpleSerializer. I'm not clear from your fix description that this is 
what you corrected.

2. Headers added using call.addHeader get lost if you call call.setPortName. I 
had trouble reproducing this in my original code, but if you add a call to 
call.setPortName (as in a WSDL-generated binding stub), the header is lost 
somewhere along the way.

I think this issue should remain open until these other issues are solved.
