Subject RE: cvs commit: xml-axis/java/xmls properties.xml

Actually, after applying myself with a few minutes of thought, I realized
that the actual concern is functional compatibility. So I just let the
nested <condition> statement (which fails in Ant less than 1.5) do all the
work for me. I only check the version to have something to do in the
condition stanza, but in reality, if ant successfully parses this block,
then it should be fine.

This should also let us know, in the future, if ant changes functionally
and breaks us, instead of tracking versions......

Hi Matt!

This seems a bit brittle...

Is there a way to get the actual verson # in a numeric or parseable form?
