targetNamespace for dynamically generated WSDL is redundant

           Summary: targetNamespace for dynamically generated WSDL is
                    redundant
           Product: Axis
           Version: beta-3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Deployment / Registries
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kleonard@amberpoint.com

When accessing an AXIS, dynamically generated, WSDL file via:
http://localhost/axis/services/HelloWorld?wsdl

the targetNamespace for my simple HelloWorld service is:
wsdl:definitions
targetNamespace="http://bart/axis/services/HelloWorld/axis/services/HelloWorld"

I have attached my wsdd file below. Nothing I tried in the wsdd file would
make a better, less redundunt, namespace.

<deployment name="HelloWorld"
    xmlns="http://xml.apache.org/axis/wsdd/"
    xmlns:java="http://xml.apache.org/axis/wsdd/providers/java"
    xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema"
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance">

 <!-- Define the service (HelloWorld) -->
 <service name="HelloWorld" provider="java:RPC">
  <namespace>http://soapinterop.org/</namespace>
  <parameter name="className" value="helloworld.HelloWorld"/>
  <parameter name="allowedMethods" value="*"/>
 </service>

</deployment>
