I verified this bug. It works, but only in simple scenario. When I tried to use
include with multiple imports - it does not. This means that multiple imports
work by itself (which fixes bug# 10642), but not with include. 

I created a test case (see attached zip). It contains simple.wsdl (which works)
and MultiImp.wsdl (which does not). MultiImp.wsdl will work if import statements
in tbl1/ariitem.xsd and tbl2/coarignx.xsd are commented out.
