I think the problem is due to the fact that my java class has a leading 
uppercase letter in the method being exposed.  I attached a Test file which 
shows this.  The method is called  GetInfo.  The .wsdl that is created by 
Java2WSDL looks okay.  The deploy.wsdd has an operation defined which has a 
name="getInfo" and a qname="OperNS:GetInfo".  It would appear that some places 
in Axis use the name attribute and others use the qname attribute when creating 
an OperationDesc.
