global userdefined TypeMapping pool is needed.

Summary: global userdefined TypeMapping pool is needed.
           Product: Axis
           Version: beta-3
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Serialization/Deserialization
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tarass@grandcentral.com

RPC services are forced to use "soap/encoding", MSG services use literal
encoding. You can not have set of global mappings that could be shared by your
services.

A globally visible TypeMappingRegistry combined with ability to set the
encoding style of a service will solve the problem.
